The
products we offer carry a 30 day money-back guarantee when used as directed
by the manufacturer, unless otherwise noted on the product information
page. All dietary supplements containing ephedrine "final sale only
items. No refunds or returns.
We
strive to ensure the utmost accuracy in our product presentations, but
errors can occur. If there appears to be an error in the information presented
or if additional information regarding packaging, ingredients or usage
is needed, please email our customer service group at
cs@4-hgh.com or call 877.516.5433 for further information.
Important
information about our return policy!
- Returns of two
or more of the same product must be unopened and are subject to a minimum
15% restocking fee. Please be advised, you are welcome to buy as many
items as you wish in order to take advantage of quantity discounts,
but we will only refund the purchase price minus all shipping costs
and merchant fee on one (1) opened item.
- All returns and
cancelled orders will be assessed a service and handling fee of $10.00
per credit issued.
- Returns that do
not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will
be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
- RMA's which are
not received within 10 business days of issue are void and will NOT
be honored.
- Although there
is free shipping on some orders, the actual shipping charges which were
incurred will be deducted from the original purchase before refunds
/ credits are issued. Shipping charges are NOT refundable!
- Orders which are
refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed
above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and restocking
fees.
- The terms of this
guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.
Follow
these simple steps to complete a return refund request:
- Call our Customer
Service department at 877.516.5433, or email us at returns@4-hgh.com
to obtain a return merchandise authorization number.
- Write your reason
for returning the product and the RMA number on the invoice you received
with your order.
- Write the RMA number
on the outside of the package you are returning to the far left of the
mailing address.
- Mail the remaining
product back to us in its original packaging, with receipt, reason for
returning the product and the return authorization number supplied by
Customer Service. A refund, minus actual shipping costs, will be processed
after receipt and verification of the return.
- Returns that do
not include the RMA number on the outside of the package or are received
at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders
expense!
